Unbox ASMR! Beginner's GuideYour First Session, Step by Step
The first hour of Unbox ASMR! decides how fast everything after it goes. Spend it right and you'll hit your first rebirth in a single session; spend it wrong and you'll grind for days on crates that can't pay you back. This guide follows the real order of play — what to claim before you start, what to buy first, where your money goes, what to do when a weather event hits, and exactly when to rebirth. Every step comes with the actual prices and requirements, checked August 2026.

Before You Start: Claim Your Free Rewards

The Three Working Codes

To redeem: open the chat (top-left button), switch to the Here tab — the Global tab won't work — and type /code followed by the code, exactly as written (they're case-sensitive). Full steps and expiry tracking.
The Chat Verification Catch
If the chat box refuses your input, your Roblox account hasn't completed chat verification — the single most common reason new players think the codes are broken. Verify the account in your Roblox settings first, then redeem. Details on the codes page.
Two Free Workers: Like + Join the Group
The official game description offers 2 free workers for liking the game and joining the ASMR Labs Roblox group. Do both before your first session, then rejoin the server and check your worker panel — that's half of your early automation for zero cash.
First 10 minutes
Buy Your First Crates & Stomp for Cash
Stand by the conveyor belt and watch the crates roll past. Buy a Common crate ($100–250), carry it to your plot, and wait for it to open — rarer crates take longer to crack. Place the toy inside on your plot and walk over it: every step earns cash. While you wait, stomp on the crates rolling past — every crate pays out a few dollars per stomp ($1–5 for early tiers). It feels like pocket change, but in the first ten minutes it's your fastest income. Two more buttons worth knowing: the Sell button at the top of the screen teleports you to the seller shop (sell duplicates for quick cash), and Daily Rewards are meaningful money at this stage — claim them every session.
Your first milestone
Save $5,000 and buy a Stone Key Crate — the first real step up the ladder.
Your first hour
Where Your Money Goes
Three things compete for your cash. The order matters more than the amounts.
- P1
Conveyor Luck
Walk onto the Upgrade Conveyor button beside the belt and pay to level it up. The conveyor decides which crates spawn for you tomorrow — everything else you buy only pays off through it.
Full reasoning in the crates guide - P2
A Few Good Toys
Your plot tiles are limited, so a weak toy sitting on one is a slot losing money. The early benchmark is Foam Balls — $7,000 per use when maxed. Keep toys that earn, sell toys that don't.
The keep/sell standard in the toy index - P3
Workers
Workers walk over your placed toys and earn for you. You start with a cap of 3 workers (rebirths raise it — and you already claimed 2 free ones plus the code workers). Hiring workers before you have toys worth walking on is money wasted; toys first, then workers.
How to hire your first worker
- 1.Earn $500 from your toys
- 2.Go to the Workers Booth beside the conveyor
- 3.Interact → Hire, then equip the worker from your hotbar
- 4.Assign it to a toy — one worker per toy
Weather events
Your First Weather Event
Weather events are server-wide 5-minute windows — the current one shows in the bottom-right corner. When one starts, drop what you were doing:
Cash Rush
Grind
All cash income ×2, stomping included. Five minutes of pure earning — make it your busiest five minutes.
Honey
Buy Everything
Honey crates (~$25,000 each) flood the belt. Spend your cash stockpile — Honey toys are strong earners, and honey itself is now rebirth reward currency.

Open What You've Saved
2x luck on both crates and toys. This is the window to open any expensive crate you've been holding — don't buy new ones, open the saved ones.

You get
+25%
Verified from the in-game panel (August 5, 2026): Rebirth 1 needs $100,000 cash and 10 toys unboxed — not a specific rare toy, just ten openings. The reward is a permanent +25% cash multiplier plus 1 honey. The rebirth button is on the left side of your screen; reaching the requirement is the only timing question that matters.
The Pre-Rebirth Checklist
Rebirthing wipes your cash, toys, and buildings — only Limited, Exclusive, and Rebirth ASMR toys survive. Before you press it: spend your cash on conveyor upgrades, claim every pending reward, and sell anything you were planning to sell anyway. Full checklist and Rebirth 2–4 requirements.
Don't Panic After the Reset
You'll be back to zero with nothing but your +25% multiplier and special toys. The recovery route: stomp the belt → buy cheap crates → rehire workers. With the permanent multiplier, the rebuild is much faster than the first climb — most of your second $100K comes from workers doing the walking.
Avoid these
Beginner Mistakes to Avoid
- 1
Hoarding cash before a rebirth
It resets to zero. Spend it, then rebirth.
- 2
Opening expensive crates outside a Luck event
Save them for the 2x window.
- 3
Filling your plot with weak toys
A $11/use toy on a tile is a slot losing money.
- 4
Ignoring weather events
Five minutes of Cash Rush outearns a long idle session.
- 5
Hiring workers before you have toys
Workers walk on toys; no toys, no income.
FAQ
Quick Answers
Do I need to spend Robux?
No. Everything progression-critical is earnable in-game. The gamepasses are convenience items: 2x Money (11 Robux), 2x Walkspeed (49), 2x Luck (75), Fast Conveyor (149), Quick Unlock (199), VIP (299 — +50% luck, +50% cash, and the exclusive Golden Keyboard), Roll 3x Crates (499). Prices per the August 1, 2026 snapshot — earlier reports listed some lower, so they've likely been adjusted; check in-game before buying.
How long until my first rebirth?
Active players can reach $100K + 10 toys within their first long session — faster if you redeem the codes and catch a Cash Rush or Honey window.
Are workers worth it?
They're your only automation, and two of them are free (like + group). Hire cash workers once you have toys worth walking on — not before.
Should I buy VIP?
It's the strongest single purchase (+50% luck and cash plus an exclusive toy), but nothing in the game requires it. Decide after your first rebirth, when you know whether the game has you hooked.
